Dreaming about having a frame designed and build considering your needs, skills and tastes? With our SU MISURA 360 program is now possible. We handcraft each frame one by one as well an avid and passionate cyclist will assemble each bike as it was his own. For this reason, we are able to offer a fully customization of your bike: Frame stiffness, colors and special builds. Far beyond choosing proper frame size - or even men's or women's specific frames - we custom fit each bike from frames to components specifically to each rider, depending on the ride level, limitations and needs. Zerouno technicians are available for any evaluations before start building your new bike.  Not only frames apply to the 360 program, also wheels, handlebars, seatpost, stem, and any detail of your new dream bike!

ZEROUNO Bikes Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed and a representative will contact you to confirm the details of your purchase. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point for standard bicycles or frame sets. We strictly adhere to the Non Reimbursement cancellation policy for custom bicycle projects, parts or frame sets. In the case of a customized frame o part, we don’t provide any order refund. Accordingly to the non-refundable order cancellation law ( California Civil Code section 1723 ), we will retain the 50% of the value of the order in case of cancellation within 2 weeks of the security deposit payment and we will retain the 100% of the value of the order in case of cancellation after the first 2 weeks.
